Ok, so I’m not the biggest fan of Godon Ramsey but I caught this segment on FoodTV last year during the holidays and just fell in love with the recipe.

A slightly updated version of beef wellington, the recipe calls for parma ham instead of bacon to wrap the beef plus a Christmasy twist¬†with chestnuts added to the mushroom filling for the beef wellington takes it over the top. ¬†From start to finish you’re at about 45 minutes, so it definatley is one to keep in mind for the holidays!
